Is ZARD Jewelry made with real diamonds?

Our pieces feature high-quality cubic zirconia, a beautiful diamond alternative known for its brilliance and sparkle. Selected designs may also feature genuine natural crystals or gemstones.

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our Los Angeles warehouse. Standard shipping within the United States is free via USPS Ground Advantage. Expedited options (USPS Priority and Priority Express) are available at checkout for an additional fee. See our Shipping Policy.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received—unworn, with the original tag attached, in the original packaging, and free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration. We don't offer direct exchanges. Need a different size, color, or style? Return your piece for a refund within 30 days and place a new order—it's the fastest way to get the piece you want.

How do I take care of my ZARD Jewelry?
